Jack and his team are amazing people who do amazing work! Shae is the best at “dumbing it down” when it comes to automotive talk to make it to where someone who has like ZERO knowledge about automotive stuff can understand what’s wrong and what needs to be done. I love shae she’s hands down the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with! They give AMAZING quality work with a GREAT price! It’s hard to find a shop that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg but actually does quality work! Highly recommend my car center!!!!!

We live in a time when finding dependable and affordable auto repair care is not the status quo, and Jack and his team challenge the status quo. They offer phenomenal auto expertise, and their customer service is fantastic! I needed a catalytic converter replacement, and they charged 1/3 of what most other shops quoted (definitely the dealerships). Jack brought my old converter into the waiting area to show me the issue, and gave me auto advice to maximize the efficiency of my engine. In addition to Jack, Shae is their service advisor, and she is WONDERFUL! My vehicle repair was going to take longer than initially anticipated, and without hesitation she offered to bring me home. Not only does she relay the information from the technicians, but she speaks the auto language of the technicians, and explains it so you leave without confusion and questions. Extremely knowledgeable, explains every step of the process as to why a part needs to be replaced with no pressure sales! They also managed to get me on the schedule for the repairs needed and back on the road in a timely manner!
